Our Quality Ensure our Client's Satisfaction

• Karapharm has equipped itself with a Quality Service which provides a product that complies with your expectations. By scrupulously respecting the initial product's specifications given by our customer, we check on the compliance of standard ISO.

• All our documentation, MAQ, procedures and recorded data are available to our clients. Initial samples will be done based on the original products- technical specifications. Our Commercial Development Service is also in charge of stating your product specifications that will later be submitted to you.

• Once the initial samples are accepted, your quality-control service will audit our production on site, as well as our quality-control and insurance systems.

• The entire process takes place on site: layout, cutting, sewing, ultrasonic sealing and logo placement. We can also take care of silkscreen printing and embroidery.

• Our cutting and identification systems (batch and roll), provide our customers with an exemplary tracking record and security for all finished products. The different chain units ensure the quality of the main operations of each products.

• At the end of the process, a daily report is edited and all finished products are 100% controlled.

• Should the product not comply with requirements, a non-conformity form including modifications, will be filled out and systematically sent to you.
